We were… read more in The Lounge suite for 2 nights and it was perfect. Lots of space, comfort, beautiful decor and excellent friendly hosts. There was a welcome pack which had everything we would need for 2 breakfasts – cereals, bread, milk, butter, cheese, croissants, water, orange and even eggs. The location is great being near the town and the beach but far enough away to not hear any noise. Parking is on road and free, sometimes can be busy but spaces will become available. We would definitely book here again.

A fantastic, relaxing visit, as a result of the owner’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Plus, sea, shops and a selection of great restaurants and cafes all on the doorstop. Will definitely be back! Update! Returned for another stay – this time in The Snug – beautiful decor, very comfy and lots of thoughtful supplies provided. Julie and Jamie went out of their way to be helpful and we really appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend the market at Tynemouth, Riley’s Fish Shack and multiple fab coffee shops in Whitley Bay including Dil and the Bear at the Metro which serves fantastic coffee. So much to see and do in Whitley Bay, Cullercoats and Tynemouth – can’t wait to return! June 2025 – came back for another visit and what more can I say than will definitely be back again! The same high standard every visit and the warmest of welcomes. Highly recommended!

My second visit here, the first time to the single room loft which was great, but this weekend we stayed in the Attic… read more Suite which was exquisite. space, comfort, tasteful decoration, fantastically equipped kitchen area and fresh breakfast food and drink left for the guests use.. Add to this the great location, just a couple of minutes walk to Whitley Bay Metro station and access to the Golden city of Newcastle … or stroll 2 minutes down to the seafront and walk along the beach.. great pubs and restaurants abound. All Hosted by Julie and Jamie who go beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. Will definitely be returning and recommending this to all of my friends. Thank you for a great weekend.

Stayed 3rd & 4th May 2025. Julie had contacted us to check our approximate arrival time, then let us know when the suite was ready. When we arrived Jamie took… read more the bags up to the Attic suite that we had booked. We were told to give them a call if we needed anything. This suite was fantastic, smelled lovely and had a sea view – a bonus as this was not expected. A welcome hamper awaited, along with milk, teabags, coffee etc. Toiletries were in the bathrooms, there was an ironing board and iron available if required. There was also a file with local pubs, restaurants and things to do, even takeaway menus if you didn’t want to head out. Parking is free on the street outside. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends. Fantastic accommodation, warm welcome from the hosts and such a good value price. Thank you both and we hope to see you again.
