Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking at No.15 Boutique Suites.

• Check-in from 15.00

• Check-out before 11.00

• Bookings must be made with at least 24 hours notice (by 15.30 on the day prior to arrival).

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in date (by 15.00 two days before check-in) or the full rate of the stay will be charged.

• Our rooms are all non-smoking for the comfort of all guests, although we do have a communal outdoor area (and a lovely beach at the end of the street!)

• Also for the comfort of our guests we don’t allow parties in our suites.

• No pets.

• No children under the age of 13.
